22454 2001-10-24 05:40:00 Hey all,
I want to upgrade my RAM and
i've been looking for some 168pin PC100 SDRAM everywhere with little to no success.
Would it be better and easier to buy a new Motherboard, CPU and RAM?
If so, who is a good NZ retailer?
If not, where do i get 168pin PC100 SDRAM?

22456 2001-10-24 07:03:00 At a Dick Smith near you ----

128meg SDRam PC133 for $47.00

5 year warranty.

Go to www.dse.co.nz and enter XH7429 in the 'Description or Cat No' search box.

As mentioned, will run fine in a 100mhz system.

22457 2001-10-24 07:17:00 Most places (FIVE year warrenty???) that is good...
Be careful, as there are some fly by nighters the can sell you 256MB for around $80 + GST they say thier warrenty is 1 year but can you tell me that they will still be around in a year? BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING RAM if you get it wrong it can come back to haunt you.
