| 22453 | 2001-10-24 05:38:00 | I have started getting a problem where publisher tells me that it can't load the hyphenation dictionary. It occurs in most files but not all. I recently did a complete reformat/partition of the HD and so, of course, have a fresh clean install. However, this did not fix the problem.
