| 22440 | 2001-10-24 01:46:00 | I have read articles about phone networking in homes. I have been to the HomePNA site and found a list of many manufacturers of cards for HomePNA networks. I can't find a NZ distributor. Anyone actually done it? Bill |

Piece of cake to do it. |

If you don't, read all you can first, have a lok at this web site for a start: www.epinions.com Setting up can be a bit mind boggling if you aren't familiar with Network settings. But if you can read, you'll get there! Or ask here. I have 2 PCs at home set up for file/printer/and internet connection sharing, using the Internet Connection Sharing software that comes with Windows 98SE. It works perfectly except that it has created a so far unsolved shutdown problem ! |
