| 22983 | 2001-10-29 19:58:00 | Bearpaw 2400 USB OS=Win98SE Installed all drivers OK but scanner dead as a dodo. The only way to get it to work is, after PC is booted up, to unplug the scanner from the power supply, and then plug it back in. Device Manager shows the following: under USB Controller, sub branch - Intel 82371SB to USB Universal Host Controller, sub branch - Unknown Device (which sometimes has a yellow exclamation mark next to it, and sometimes doesn't), and sub branch - USB Root Hub. I sent this query to Mustek 6 days ago to date no reply. Thanks in advance. |
