| 1258450 | 2012-02-10 05:39:00 | So my partner and i went for our 20 week scan and found out we're having identical baby girls. Im stoked as but feel pretty... unprepared? lol Any of you had twins? Anything I can do to be better prepared? Its awesome either way and sure it will be an adventure! |

| 1258454 | 2012-02-10 06:16:00 | I have friends with fairly newborn twins - girls too. Their experience seems to be pretty much the same as the single baby families, it just kind of works out. If anything, the one thing is that the poor mum seems even more knackered. So for advice, get as much rest as you can while you can! And if they're your first (and second), the whole thing they say about not caring about the housework or stuff you 'should' be doing is true. It's like a tired blur, just worry about the babies (you can't help it), worry about resting every chance you get, worry about nothing else at all. Congratulations, you're in for an expensive, but wonderful time. And you'll do just fine. | Contented (15925) | ||

A mate of mine once took his daughter's new boyfriend aside and said, straight-faced, "I've been in prison before, I can do it again..." - keep that in mind if you can't afford the 12 gauge shells... Seriously though, start buying baby stuff now - while you can afford it and still think clearly!! Only 20 weeks to go!! |
