Unfortunately, many iconic persons are also the most shameful persons in real life. A drug user should never be lionized, no matter how good of a performer they are --------------- or had been in this case. Hating the lifestyle or perversion and loving the 'art' as fine - but don't make them out to be more than they are and don't let that blur the lines in the sand. I tend to agree Joe but its hard to find really great artists that are squeaky clean. Probably two of the greatest, if record sales count, were Presley and Jackson and we know they were dependant on drugs. Of course there is also the squeaky clean Keith Richards who just happens to be immune to everything. :D Frankly, I think if they drug tested most of the bands before they went on there wouldnt be many shows. Even the Philharmonic Orchestra would probably be depleted. |

She was scheduled to attend a big Grammy party last night and was in the bathtub prior to the event. When she didn't come out of the bathroom to start getting ready to go, someone checked on her and found her under water. She might have just fallen asleep, or passed out and drowned. She also might have mixed the pills with alcohol. So damn sad. Incredible voice, incredible looks, incredible talent. Yes. :) |

Don't know about the lines in the sand rubbish, but spot on with rest. The difference about her from the rest of us is she could sing, and no strength of character. |
