1259078 2012-02-14 19:42:00 I did my house number and then 4 letters of my street name and it came up. nedkelly (9059)

1259080 2012-02-14 21:58:00 I have to wonder why New Zealand people have to put up with blurry photos. This may be a privacy thing. It is hard to read the business name on a building because the sign is blurry. Maybe we are not supposed to know what business resides in the building.

I have had a look at the street view in other countries and the photos are much clearer and you can read the signs on buildings and vehicles.

I don't even know if we have a Baker Street in NZ, but that's not the point! ;)

I got Baker Street, Fairview Heights, Auckland 0632 by typing baker street auckl. It's still a pretty powerful search engine to focus on that after only 15 characters ...

So what number Baker St are you at, Chill? ;)

1259086 2012-02-15 04:14:00 Well, obviously, nothings been up my way. Started typing in the House number and road name which was interesting to watch as to where it went. By the time I got to the end of the address it just didn't go anywhere. Typed the complete address including the RD number and postcode into a WORD document and then copied and pasted it into the search box. It went to the general area but it didn't hone (rhymes with "home", not "Hon -eh") in (www.thefreedictionary.com) on me. But it is fast!! (Well, as far as I can tell with this "out in the sticks" broadband) ("Ultra fast" fibre broadband?! An Everly Brothers song beginning with "D" springs to mind!! ;) ) tuiruru (12277)
