| 1281159 | 2012-06-11 23:23:00 | Have been in the process of tagging about 2000 photos - (W7 Photos jpgs) and now nanny Windows tells me that about 50 of these are somehow protected and cannot add a tag! OK followed the error code and read all the stuff (answers.microsoft.com) but still no joy. When goto Properties/Security/Edit Allow is greyed out. Does anyone know an easy work round for this prob?. |

Click on “Advanced” button at the bottom. e. In Advanced Security Settings dialog window, click on “Owner” tab. f. To take ownership of the object, click on the Edit button. Give permission to UAC. Then highlight the user name in the “Change owner to” box that you want to assign as the owner for the object. Click “OK” to finish the process. g. Back in Advanced Security Settings window, you will see the current owner has changed to the user you just selected. h. Click “OK” button to exit this window. |

Even then there were about 10 photos would not come into line so “cheated”! Imported them into Corel Draw and then exported them as jpgs again. Why why does MS put these challenges into their systems?!! |
