1471862 2020-09-21 22:45:00 There's a new documentary just out, called Extinction, The Facts,, presented by David Attenborough. Somebody has decided that it is time to stop the pussy footing around on this topic, and Attenborough is the one to do it, with help from a number of others.

It's on YouTube now.

1471864 2020-09-22 00:56:00 A follow-up to Attenborough's 2019 explainer documentary, Climate Change: The Facts, Extinction: The Facts delves into some of the main causes of extinction and disastrous biodiversity loss today, including habitat destruction (either caused by land use or human-induced climate change or both), unsustainable agricultural and fishing practices, and poaching.

And we humans won't change, just keep on with the same things we always do.

1471866 2020-09-22 03:16:00 Isn't he the man "who said" we originated out of the slime of Yellow Stone park!! .

Someone on here said, we need to stop populating and that is nearer the mark, China had the right idea, once!, but now they have gone out to two children per family, when it was one child, guess what gender didn't make it, now it's a 50/50 chance the female with come to full term in the womb .

You don't need to be a scientist to figure that out, we had two kids and they have both had two kids .

I loved maths at school and in the workplace .

They didn't place anywhere near enough emphasis on the role of animal agriculture in environmental destruction and infectious disease. We cannot "sustainably" produce meat, dairy and eggs for everyone on this planet in the same way that we cannot "sustainably" burn coal to meet everyone's electricity needs. Not to mention the extortionate cost of providing medical care to those suffering from chronic and infectious disease as a direct result of this industry. Animal agriculture has to go, and it has to go soon.
