We have had her for 3 years and nothing has changed since we got her. Only pet and appears very happy and playful. no other cats in the area so pretty sure stress is not a problem.

We used to throw a shoe or tennis ball at a grey tabby that kept trying to do it to Mum's woolen shawl, which hung on the back door hanger, quite a large cat too.

OFF topic:

Best thing to catch mice and rats, sheepskins laid down, they get caught on the fibers and are easy to kill with a large bunch of door keys, the real old ones.

We owned a bake house back in the thirties and made real bread, etc.

B*gger, those days are gone.

Unless it brings them inside to play with & then looses them .

We have a cat that brings them in at night, very occasionally thank goodness, and leaves them, thankfully dead, in the hallway. In the morning we keep an eye out just in case.

Hoover caught a mouse here. First thing ever apart from bugs.
He did exactly that, he wanted to watch it...
It went under a rather heavy item of furniture and I wasn't going to play move the furniture chasey with the thing, so I went and got PK.

She sat there for hours, we gave up watching and left her to it.

Sometime that night she got it....I know cause she'd left a tiny bit of its toe uneaten. Hoover has learned, you don't let them go now....
