| 23225 | 2001-10-31 10:04:00 | Within the last week or so one or two messages in almost every group of incoming e-mails are going directly into my delete folder in Outlook Express. They don't seem to have anything in common, e.g. some have attachments, some don't. I am filtering messages to automatically delete spam but those never show up in the system. None of the e-mails in question have contained any filter criteria. |

| 23226 | 2001-10-31 12:47:00 | Is there anything common abut the source of the incoming mails - are they from the same or similar address? If so make sure that your inbox assistant is not set to move those mails to your delete folder as you've done with the junk mail. Rgds Grant |
