| 23185 | 2001-10-31 04:15:00 | hi i have recently come across this scanner and have followed the instructions to the button.it runs togther with the printer into the cpu (suppose to) but it keeps telling me theres a problem with the connection. everything is set correctly, bios,cables and drivers.i even replaced the scanner and cables and i cant work out why it still does not work. the printer will work by itself but not with the scanner. Help. jon |

| 23186 | 2001-10-31 04:26:00 | Some printers do not like sharing the port. The scanner retailer should know which printers are like this. If this is the problem, a plugin board with another printer port might be the best fix. Shared ports aren't nice, especially now that printers are busily talking back to the computer. | Guest (0) | ||
