| 23332 | 2001-11-01 10:31:00 | In a VBA macro for Excel , I want to determine what cell in a range in an Excel spreadsheet the mouse is over. I do NOT want the spreadsheet user to click the mouse. This means that, for example, Worksheet_SelectionChange cannot be used. API's such as GETCURSORPOS look promising, but I can't find how to relate their returned values to co-ordinates to a spreadsheet. I want the process to work even if the spreadsheet is used on other PCs which may have different screen resolutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Windows 98 and Windows 98 SE; Excel 97. |
