| 23522 | 2001-11-03 13:41:00 | The only setting I can get to work is the basic 640 x 480 with 16 colours. If I try to change it, when restarting the usual stuff is displayed up till the Windows screen with the moving blue bar at the bottom is showing, then there is some text displayed with specifications , then the screen goes blank apart from a flashing cursor at top left of the screen for about 5 seconds, then the monitor goes blank. The desktop comes up asking for the log on password ( but no display on monitor - I know this because if I push one of the monitor adjust buttons, it flicks the screen on for one second only, then shuts it off again. I am running WinME with a 17' Likom 703X monitor.I have looked through the existing posts and have tried all those with no success. Thanks for any help. |
