| 23494 | 2001-11-03 03:13:00 | Running Win 95. I am unable to use backup to either backup Win files to floppy or Iomega. Also when using Quicken, unable to back those files up to floppy disk. Any suggestions? Thanks |

| 23495 | 2001-11-03 23:42:00 | Hi Dot Your post was getting a bit lonely so I thought I'd see if I could generate some interest. Firstly, to get help you will need to provide more information. For example, what operating system are you using? Were you able to back-up before and this is something that just happened? What back-up program are you using? What happens when you try to do a back-up? Get the idea? Put up some more information, preferably in a new post so that you go to the top of the list and let's hope this helps get some answers for you. Cheers Billy 8-{0 |

| 23496 | 2001-11-04 05:14:00 | Thanks, actually asking for a friend. The OS is Win 95 on a fairly old computer ( 4 Years+) also running Quicken. Backing up used to be done on a tape drive, but this no longer works either. Apparently unable to use floppies to backup files. I will ask for more details. At one stage the H/D was not able to be accessed but Norton fixed this. Dot |
