| 23717 | 2001-11-06 04:12:00 | Whenever i try to open Outlook Express it opens the basic window, then just hangs with the hourglass busy symbol for the mouse cursor. How can I fix this? Can I fix it at all?? Thanks a lot! |

| 23719 | 2001-11-06 10:22:00 | Sorry about that! I didn't think it through =(. We are using Windows 95, OE5, I had upgraded IE to 5.5 from 5.01 and we are running AVG virus scanner. The upgrade wasn't the immediate or obvious cause of the 'hang': everything was running normally for a while after that. Apart from the death of OE everything appears to be behaving normally.
