23697	2001-11-05 16:40:00	After losing the info on my Compaq pocket PC after a crash and reboot I have not been able to reload Transcriber - the OCR programmed infinitely better than the bundled software which comes with the device. I keep getting ' Transcriber's touch handler is not installed. Did you reset your PPC after installation? Well of course when you do this you lose the installation of transcriber. Should I load transcriber onto a storage card? Am I missing something?	Guest (0)
