I can't see JPEG images in Outlook Express when off-line i.e. running your free PC World Plus CD, or previewing Front Page web pages from a local folder. All I see is an outline frame of where the image would display, and a red X in the top left corner of the frame. When connected to the internet there is no problem. I have IrfanView graphic viewer installed and JPEG files open in this. The OS is W98. Could the problem be related to the file association settings? I have looked through the OE Advanced options and all looks fine there.
