| 23898 | 2001-11-08 01:21:00 | I recently installed WinXP Professional on my Compaq E500. Installation went without a hitch and I was impressed with the new OS. However, I quickly found that all of the apps I have written using Delphi 5 Pro won't start up - all give various kinds of system errors. Changing the compatibility mode makes no difference. All of these apps run Ok under Win9x, NT 4 and win2K. Presumably there is a problem with the Delphi startup library. However, I can't find any mention on the web and find this strange with 500,000 beta testers out there? Does anyone have an idea? |
