I need to make a very minor change to a site, and it would be way easier to just make the alteration online. | Guest (0) | ||

To edit the source of a page, you have to download it... then while you are editing it, it is only editing the copy in RAM, when you chose to save, it saves to the remote harddrive instead of locally, and this is the upload. Any FTP program lets you do this, just chose to edit the file on the remote server, and when you click save it should give you the option to re-upload it to the server. |
