| 23858 | 2001-11-07 10:31:00 | Hi I rune Win98SE on Athlon 800MHz Can someone please enlighten me as to the purpose and source of this file? It doesn't seem to run independently but as soon as I try a game eg, there is a black screen and the file shows up as 'not responding' in Control Panel. Have reinstalled DirectX 8.1 but still get the problem. Could it be DMA box needs to be checked for HDD and or CDROMs? Any help greatly appreciated. |
