24080 2001-11-09 21:09:00 my motherboard manual says that the system clock supports 200/266 mhz DDR, what does this mean. apparently i cannot use ddr ram, is this something different? Guest (0)
24081 2001-11-10 02:10:00 You will need special DDR ram slots to use DDR ram. Guest (0)
24082 2001-11-12 16:19:00 that would be referring to your Front side bus speed which is cpu related.
Mine is a older Abit kt7a based motherboard that only supports 200 fsb speed AMD cpus .
It means you can use a 266 cpu usually a Thunderbird over 1 gigahertz in speed.
