| 24338 | 2001-11-13 03:00:00 | My No 2 computer is a P200MMX with 32MB RAM, 6GB HDD and good networked to No 1 for games and internet and running the CD writer and scanner. (66MHz bus I think) I just bought 128MB PC133 SDRAM to upgrade, replaced the 32MB and fired it up - ran fine and I think faster. Got greedy and added back the 32MB in the next slot and now the system won't boot whatever combination I try. No life from the monitor to get to BIOS or see what's wrong. I've tried different monitor (using Diamond Stealth PCI card), but no good Is it dead for good? What can I do? Where can I go for help? Thanks - Greg |
