| 24203 | 2001-11-11 21:41:00 | When I create a new message, click on 'To' to select a name from my address book, OE refuses to enter the address in the email - does anyone know why this is? I'm running OE v5 in Windows 98, tried rebooting / restarting OE etc without success. Thanks |

When you create an email, you click the To: button, then what happens? does it fail to open the address book? does it open it but it is empty? it has contacts in the address book but they are unselectable? you select the name you want it sent to, click the To--> button and nothing happens? Are there any error messages? |
