24385	2001-11-13 08:59:00	The menus have vanished in Word 2000. There is no File, Edit, View etc and they don't work by using the alt key. Some work eg. Open (Ctrl+O) and save but generally I'm stuck. The help system hasn't provided the answer and F10 (Full Screen) doesn't solve the problem. HELP PLEASE ANYONE... PS: the other MS products are ok. 24386	2001-11-13 10:42:00	There was some discussion on this problem a couple of weeks ago. Type 'word 2000 menu' (without speech marks) in the search bar at the top of this page and there are four links to follow.
