| 24671 | 2001-11-16 19:26:00 | Hi, I have just recently brought a hp deskjet 930c, and have came across millions of problem, firstly the printer, after every print job, prints out a page sort of like the test page but not exactly, which looks like: HP DeskJet 930c ----------------------------- (tick in Green) then Colour panels) Now, I believe it is 'testing' the colours (please note: no graphics just the heading then ticks and lines of colour, including black) So, does anyone out there expercined the same problem, I've got a PIII 616 with 378 Mb ram. and using driver version 3.4 in chinese traditional, same with win98 (chinese trad.) Next is a minor problem, the print tray and a lot of other things attached to the printer is very 'wriggly'. Doesn't look like its a very well built printer, so does anyone have any advice on wheather getting a printer replaced etc. By the way, I've gone back to Noel Leeming to get 1 machine already replaced (because it was faulty) and so i'm thinking of not getting another one and just getting my money back, since 14 days finishes on sunday this week.
