| 24620 | 2001-11-15 23:08:00 | I want to uninstall and then reinstall Photo Editor. The Help screen tells me to 'Run Setup again. Click Add/Remove, select Office Tools, click Change Options, and then select Photo Editor'. The problem is that when I do this, Add/Remove does not show Office Tools But when I do a Start/Find search, both Office Tools and Photo Editor show up as being present. I am completely baffled! The reason I need to un/reinstall Photo Editor is that I cannot now use it for some reason - it always tells me there is something wrong with Photoed.exe I am using Windows 98 SE and IE5.5. Photo Editor is, of course, used by IE5.5 for opening pics etc. I have reached the stage where the computer would be in severe danger if an axe was in reach! |

| 24621 | 2001-11-20 04:57:00 | You got the CD right? Insert that & that should bring up the install screen if it's like all M$ produce... oops... and it may have options like add/remove reinstall or similar... those options may help if it doesn't... you know who to blame | Guest (0) | ||
