Highlight the cells in the row. Go to edit click on copy Click on the cell where you want the column to start then go to edit paste special click on transpose then OK the row will then copy to the column

Also, if you want to keep the original data, or if you want the data to transpose automatically, then you can enter n a transpose function.

You do this by selecting the area where you want the transposed data to be displayed eg if you have two columns that are 7 cells deep, then you must select 2 rows 7 cells wide.

Then enter the function '=TRANSPOSE(Cellrange)' sans qoutes. The cell range is in the form (topleftcell:bottomrightcell).

then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.

Viola!
