| 24863 | 2001-11-18 23:19:00 | Terry, Also, if you want to keep the original data, or if you want the data to transpose automatically, then you can enter n a transpose function. You do this by selecting the area where you want the transposed data to be displayed eg if you have two columns that are 7 cells deep, then you must select 2 rows 7 cells wide. Then enter the function '=TRANSPOSE(Cellrange)' sans qoutes. The cell range is in the form (topleftcell:bottomrightcell). then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. Viola! Hope this helps G P |
