| 24828 | 2001-11-18 05:28:00 | I am using Word 2000. I want to address envelopes. I go to Tools - Envelopes and Labels and click the Address book icon. A message comes up. You must log on to Microsoft Exchange to access your address book. What is Microsoft Exchange and where do I find it? Can someone please help. Les Ohope |

| 24829 | 2001-11-18 21:06:00 | Hello Les, What that message really means, is you do not have MS Outlook loaded, Outlook express adress book is not compatible with word 2000,and unless you export your address book as a text file you cannot use those addresses in Word 2000. I remember having to research this one a while back, I think if you type the error message into google it will take you straight to a MS knowledge base article, with some rough work arounds. Alan |
