| 25027 | 2001-11-20 09:21:00 | All the time, the disconnect box comes up saying do you want to disconnect from Xtra/Yes/No, most annoying. We have gone to Int Explorer,Tools,Options, Settings, Advanced and the 2 disconnect boxes are unticked. What else can we do to stop the boc appearing. | Guest (0) | ||
| 25028 | 2001-11-20 10:56:00 | Try double clicking on the Network Neighbourhood icon on the desktop, and then right-clicking on the xtra icon and selecting properties. The click on the Dial-up tab and make sure 'disconnect after idle for...' and 'Disconnect when connection may not be needed' aren't checked. Any problems reply to this post. G P |
