I purchase my pc world at a newstand.I have justgot around to using my October edition cd.It starts to install then stops.I have found a fine scratch on the surface. does this mean it is u/s? |

I think the policy is and I will stand corrected if I am wrong is that PC World will replace faulty disks. Call, fax or email PC World first and see what they say. |
