25162 2001-11-22 00:33:00 powerpoint is the program required for .pps file extensions,its part of microsoft office, I think you can download a powerpoint viewer from microsoft for free.

I like Powerdesk, a file manager that has a viewer built in for viewing 200+ file types. At least the professional version does. Someone who is using the freeware version might be able to confirm whether or not that version also has the ability to view .pps files.

25164 2001-11-22 22:43:00 Your CD\VALUPACK\PPT4VIEW on the Windows Office 97 CD I am sure it would be on the office 2000 cd as well
