25296 2001-11-23 07:25:00 August 2001 I paid for NIS3 to Symantec USA via their webpage, the product that was assigned to my download was a trial version that had expired. After weeks of e-mail I was told that it was a mistake, but after several enquiries I have still not been able to access my order.
Can anyone give me a short cut to alert Symantec to my problem. I have been to their web page which has sent me around in circles without results
