I have the latest nvida detonator drivers. anyone have any ideas? |

In fact, unless you have mechwarrior 4 you do not need directX 8.0 either. When dealing with microsoft it is prudent to remain a few months behind the latest technology, or in the case of operating systems, Dos is stable...ish It pays to be using the version of directX that is compatible with your most recent piece of graphical software. |

| 25488 | 2001-11-27 08:38:00 | search for a programme called dxuninstaller.zip. It solved a similar problem for me... DX claims it will dig itself to deep into the OS to be removed but this did the trick... | Guest (0) | ||
