| 25897 | 2001-11-28 20:41:00 | Frank, I'm guessing you are talking about the history in Internet Explorer.. Have you cleared both the 'temporary internet files' and 'history' bits of Internet Explorer?? This can be done by: 'Tools' menu in Internet Explorer, then selecting 'Internet Options', then do a 'Delete Files' in the Temporary Internet Files section and a 'clear history' in the History section. Edit autoexec.bat with notepad and add these lines deltree /y c:\windows\tempor~1\index.dat and deltree /y c:\windows\tempor~1\*.* to kill cookies just add two more lines and replace tempor~1 with cookies |
