| 25739 | 2001-11-27 04:50:00 | While loading and deleting several games my children have done something to IE 5.5. Whenever I try to access the internet or use Outlook Express I get fault messages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE but with no change. The modem still connects and there are no faults indicated through Control Panel/ Devices / System. Error message reads 'performed an illegal operation and will be shut down' and 'iexplore.exe caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown>'. There is also periodic reference to a DNS error. Can someone help please or must I reinstall Windows as well. thanks Richard S. |
