HP doesn't want to know so how can I print the footers from MS Word 2000 and MS Publisher 2000 on my printer. The printer is good except for this annoying thing. |

Hi pb,
I wonder if this is more of a page set up problem rather than a printer problem. Have you tried going to File- Page Set Up and adjust the height of the footer in the Header and Footer box. By increasong the height at which the footer is displayed it may well come into the print zone. I had a similar problem with my HP Deskjet 600 and cured it with the above adjustment. Good luck. |

There will be a 'bottom margin' setting. The HP manual will tell you what to set that to. Also make sure that your default page size is A4 not letter. |
