25710 2001-11-26 23:38:00 How do you stop Word 2000 from screwing the numbering of pages in a document. It should be 1 of 9, 2 of 9, etc. but all you get is 1 of 1, 2of 2 of 9 pages, as above, from the same document. Guest (0)
25711 2001-11-27 05:24:00 You look at thhe help system for right code for total number of pages b4 making stupid statements Guest (0)
25712 2001-11-27 05:28:00 Are you referring to the numbers listed in the status bar? or to page number listing in a header or footer? If you mean the header or footer, there should be a button in the headers toolbar that you can click to show page numbers, and then another one (next to it) that shows the total pages... just press one, type 'of', then press the other. 25713 2001-11-28 01:19:00 Word is too stupid to make mistakes, so if it is displaying page numbers as you say, then you have (inadvertently) told it to do so. It should be easy to change; display your Header/Footer toolbar (from the View menu) and experiment with the first two buttons. Check to ensure there are no section breaks in your document. Guest (0)
