| 26003 | 2001-11-29 11:17:00 | I have recently reformatted and resetup my hard disk. Since then I cannot get my Palm to sync with teh computer. I am fairly sure I have the set up right for the Palm programme and can only think that the com port is not active. I am running Win2K prof and the system reports that both com ports are working with no conflicts. Is there any simple way that I can verify that the com ports are actually working? Any comments would be appreciated Thanks John Robb |

| 26005 | 2001-12-02 10:53:00 | Yes I have looked at all the settings and everything seems to be in order. There are no reports of conflicts and bothe com ports are reported to be working OK. I just wanted to avtually get something to go through the port to verify that it can transmit and receive data OK. But I don't know how to do that. |
