25900	2001-11-28 22:37:00	Hi, I have just recently changed to ADSL - via my ISP- and was pleasantly surprised, that of the $178.99 installation fee quoted by all ISP services - the $99.00 portion in the setup cost is currently being waived by Telecom until 21/12/2001 - which to me is a great help as a student - but has to be a great incentive to thoses who are close to considering joining ADSL - just thought , it is may not be a widely known or promoted offer Regards, Simon	Guest (0)
