I ran a disk doctor-type program and ever since, every time I boot up my pc it goes through the 'Windows 95 Setup'. I don't even have the windows 95 cd-rom in the drive and have to wait while it 'performs system checks' etc before I can cancel out of it. |

I'd be inclined to make the system happy by running the setup programme.
Otherwise look though the Registry for programmes to be run at startup... |

Thanks for your response Graham. I have let it run through the windows 95 setup but when I next use the computer it always runs the setup program again. I would appreciate a little guidance in dealing with the problem via the registry! Many thanks. |
