I bit the bullet to speed up my system with a new modem and 128Mb ram. Had to take the old ram out as i can only have a max of 128. The cmos settings say that i have only 32Mb and during the start up test it only counts to 32Mb. What do i do now to get the system to recognise the rest of the ram. I am running win95 on a AMD k6-166 on a asus p55tvp4 board and have just about had enough of the problems for today, first the bad trans virus and now this. can anyone recommend a good virus catcher to work on this machine. |
