| 26183 | 2001-12-01 12:03:00 | Hello Phil, Could be any of a number of reasons you are getting that message, as it's a clean install, go to > control panel, add remove programmes, windows setup, and see if you have the Address book ticked as outlook express will not run without it, if it's not, tick it and load the programme from the appropriate cab file.
