26146	2001-12-01 02:50:00	I have downloaded ICQ 2001b (4MB) in 20mins. While WinXP drivers for IBM laptops and enclosures (by scmmicrosystems known as Shuttle Tech) like cases for lpt/usb/scsi drives have been taken like 4hrs and counting up for a 150kb file. By the time it does 10% my ISP would prob cut me off! What are the possibilities?? Do I need to contact USA subsidiary offices and purchase a CD-ROM of 8MB and have them send to me with Intl Fedex express for an extra of $25US!!! Would jetstream, or a cybercafe be better?? 26147	2001-12-01 03:20:00	its been prety good at the mo. icq might be slow due to the new ver of icq out, their servers will be busy as. most likely it just busy servers, find a mirror. but then again your phone lines could be shot ;-)	Guest (0)
