| 26091 | 2001-11-30 05:18:00 | I have a small network of 3 PC's and sometimes a laptop. One PC is the main one, it would be good to not only be able to transfer programs and other bits and pieces but also to be able to run or install from the main PC - or any other to any of the others. ie...download a programme, send it to other PC then install it on that PC from the main one. What software do I need? and is there free/ shareware that does this? |

You should be able to double click the program on the main pc and select drive on the networked PC to install into. Failing that, right click the file, and move it to your local C drive, select 'copy here'. Then install the program from there. GG |
