I run Windows 98 and have updated to MS Explorer 6. I have purchase on-line, Norton Internet Security 2002 4.0 but cannot download the program. I get this error message: 'Ziplock Real-time Assembler Error' Error: Parameter validation failed.
I tried disabling the Norton Anti-virus 2001 I have thinking that this was blocking the download but still no luck. |

My suggestion is uninstall norton completely before download. If possible still use a fire wall, like ZoneAlarm. |

An error like that suggests a corrupted file, possibly in transmission. I'd be inclined to ask Norton's about this -- they want you to be happy with their software, and they can't blame another manufacturer. |
