I can not get get either ie6 or ie5 to open a web page ,I keep getting this page not available. I recently uninstalled Guidescope and the trouble started. I am using a friends computer as the net is forbiden on mine. |

sounds like the browser proxy settings have been changed and need to be set back to what they were before you installed guidescope.

I fixed it with the help of a friend. When I uninstalled Guidescope I also uninstalled some shared files. Reinstalled the program and the problem was solved. The learning curve is hell steep at times. |
