The solution was very simple actually and I found it quite by accident. Whe the clicked on the URL in OE and the long 'Bar' screen flashed up at the top of the screen, I caught it by hitting maximize and the screen opened. All I then had to do was Right click on the dark blue bar, then click on Size and then dragged the bottom of the bar to a full size screen. The 'problem' is actually not a 'problem' It is simply an adjustment of window size.It works well now. Thanks to all those who offered advice.
