| 26564 | 2001-12-05 01:24:00 | When trying to do a Windows Update cannot access the Product Update Page. 'Cannot Display Page' Msg. comes up. Have followed bulletins Q243787 &Q193385 but no joy. Appreciate any suggestions. I am using M.E. & I.E.6 |

| 26565 | 2001-12-05 08:29:00 | ...a number of users may have experienced this difficulty in the past week or so as Microsoft upgrades (XP_izes) their Site. If [having followed the instruction in Articles Q243787 and Q193385] you are still unable to access the Product Update Page - the following should work: (i) Type 'regsvr32 wupdinfo.dll' (sans quotes) into the Run Comand box off the Start menu, press Enter and then click Okay on the dialogue box.
