26396	2001-12-03 09:31:00	I am not able to get Encarta 2001 Reference Suite Installation & Resources to load up. All I get is, 'This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down'. Info reads 'MSIEXC caused an invalid page fault in <unknown> at 0000.00000001. EAX=fffa1e93 CS=0177 EIP=00000001 EFLGS=0010246 EBX=0063fe28 SS=017f ....... can you help me thanks. Ken	Guest (0)
26397	2001-12-04 20:35:00	There are never any easy answers with this sort of a problem, so here are a couple. Firstly, get rid of all systray apps that you don't need, and see if it runs better.
